Sonja Snyman – Administration Manager

Sonja has been with the Resolution Group since 2003 and joined the Resolution Life Team in August 2008. She has successfully completed numerous Management and Life Insurance courses and currently overseas the Resolution Life Administration Department and all its functions. Dedicated to excellence, Sonja has grown the Administration department into a highly synergised unit.

Zelda Oosthuizen – Administrator

Zelda is no stranger to the insurance industry and has worked in more than one of the major insurance houses. She joined our Administration Team in February 2010. Overseeing the policy capturing, amendments and client enquiries, Zelda’s commitment will have your policy queries and amendments resolved in mere minutes.

Zelma Barrett – Administrator

Zelma joined Resolution Life August 2010. She manages reconciliation of premiums on policies. Making sure that our clients receive their correspondence timeously she will also help with Policy capturing, amendments and queries.

Misha Vorster – Administrator

Misha joined Resolution Life in March 2011. Her friendly voice is the first you will hear when you phone our offices. Mainly overseeing the Scanning and Filing departments, Misha also helps out with new policy capturing. She is currently studying B.Com Financial Management at the University of South Africa.

Louis Vermeulen – Operations

Louis has been with the Resolution Group since 2003 and joined the Resolution Life Team in May 2009. He has successfully completed a B.SC Degree as well as numerous Management and Life Insurance courses. Louis is currently overseeing the Resolution Life Operations and IT departments and is closely involved with the development of the Resolution Life Administrative Software and Do Life Yourself Website. He will also help out when needed in the Underwriting Department.

Dave Bagshaw – Underwriting Consultant

Dave has been underwriting insurance since 1981 and has work in many large insurance houses before joining the Resolution Life team in January 2009. With numerous insurance diplomas and courses under his belt and a world of experience you can rest assured that Dave will assess the health risk of your policy with dedication.
